Executive Director & Founder

Haider is the Executive Director and Founder of the Public Value Lab, an incubator dedicated to cultivating early-stage civic ventures and reimagining how public value is created outside of government. Drawing on years of experience in international development, including senior roles at USAID, Haider brings deep expertise in systems thinking, public sector innovation, and community-centered strategy.

With a PhD and a career defined by public service, he launched PVL in response to the wave of transition facing mission-driven professionals after public sector roles—believing that the instinct to serve doesn’t end when the job does. At PVL, Haider has developed programs that help individuals rediscover purpose, build entrepreneurial skills, and co-create bold new forms of social impact. His work focuses on unlocking the potential of peer-driven collaboration, civic entrepreneurship, and experimental organizational models that meet the moment.
