She brings over 15 years of experience in research and management consulting across the international development sector. Before launching her own firm, Brooke worked with USAID and the World Bank, with postings in Egypt, Jordan, and Indonesia. Her work has consistently focused on organizational development, strategic planning, and advancing locally led approaches, with a strong emphasis on gender equity and inclusive development.
